Questions people ask first
What is the minimum order?
25 pieces of one product. You can mix designs or names inside that quantity at no extra cost — that is the whole point of personalisation.
Can you print our company logo?
Yes, on mugs, bottles, keychains, frames, cards and t-shirts. Send the logo as PNG with a transparent background, or AI / SVG / PDF if you have it. A JPEG from a website is usually too small — we will tell you before we start, not after.
Can every piece carry a different name?
Yes. Send the names in an Excel sheet or a WhatsApp list and each piece is made individually. There is no extra charge for different names in the same order.
How long does it take?
Normally 7–10 working days from the day artwork is approved. If your date is tight, ask about the rush option — 4 working days where the quantity allows.
Can we see a sample first?
Yes. We make one real piece and send you a photograph, or courier the sample itself. The sample cost is adjusted into the final invoice once you go ahead.
How do we pay, and do we get an invoice?
50% advance to start production, the rest before dispatch. Bank transfer or cash. A proper printed invoice comes with the delivery, and we can email it in advance for your accounts department.
Do you deliver outside Lahore?
Yes, anywhere in Pakistan, as one consignment to one address. Delivery on bulk orders is quoted with the order so there are no surprises.
What if a piece arrives damaged?
We remake it and send it at our cost. Tell us within 7 days of delivery with a photograph.
