Everything you need to know about how and when your order reaches you.
Dispatch & Delivery Time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery takes 3–5 working days depending on your city and the courier partner handling the route. You’ll get a tracking update by SMS or WhatsApp as soon as your order ships.
Where We Deliver
We deliver across all of Pakistan — Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, and smaller towns and cities nationwide through our courier partners. Remote areas may take a little longer than the standard delivery window.
Delivery Charges
Delivery is free on orders of Rs. 4,000 or more. Orders below that amount, or orders split into more than one shipment, carry a Rs. 200 delivery charge per shipment. Shipping charges are always shown separately at checkout before you confirm — no hidden costs.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp. You can also check the live status of any order under My Account > Orders at any time.
Complete Address Matters
Please provide a complete delivery address — house or plot number, street, area, and the nearest landmark. A complete address helps our courier reach you correctly on the first attempt and avoids delays.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier will make up to two delivery attempts. If both attempts are unsuccessful, the order may be returned, so please keep your phone reachable around the expected delivery window.
