How fast it arrives, and what happens if it is wrong

Two things decide whether you order from a store you have not used before: when it arrives, and what happens if it is wrong. So here is both, without the small print.

Ready-made items are packed within 24–48 hours. Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi usually receive in 2–3 days; other cities and towns in 3–5. Personalised items add 3–5 working days of making time before they ship, and you get a tracking number the moment the courier takes the parcel.

Unused, unpersonalised items can be exchanged within 7 days. Anything damaged or wrong on arrival is replaced at our cost — send a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours with your order number.
